In an active emergency, RET needed to give affected families instant, reliable, multilingual access to protection guidance — emotional support, safe-migration routes, child safeguarding — without expanding headcount or putting beneficiary data at risk.

Designed and delivered an AI-assisted help desk chatbot on Zendesk, reachable free via QR and web
Structured responses around verified, official sources — emotional support, child and adolescent protection, risk and route guidance, referral to orientation
