Challenge: Reporting process was labor-intensive, prone to errors, and time-consuming. The organization sought a solution that could not only streamline data management but also align with donors’ expectations for transparency and impact reporting.

Solution: We proposed a comprehensive Power BI deployment, involving PowerAutomate and PowerQuery components, focused on enhancing productivity, performance, and reporting efficiency. This solution comprised a set of tailored services and platform deployments designed to simplify the reporting process without sacrificing depth or quality

Results:

Enhancement of Data Management Workflow: By integrating a user-friendly interface for data entry, we minimized manual data handling and prepared the ground for more sophisticated analyses.

Data Processing Automatization: Our system preprocesses incoming data—cleaning, transforming, and aggregating it as necessary. This step ensures the integrity of the data before it enters the reporting phase.

Improving Reporting Visualization & Maintenance Support: We leveraged Power BI to create dynamic, real-time monitoring dashboards. These tools not only track project progress but also visually represent the impact, making it easier for both RET International and its donors to understand the outcomes.
